Everyday Activism by Campaign Bootcamp

campaign bootcamp

TAKE BACK THE POWER! How do we make change on the issues that matter to us? Who is on our side, and who do we need to convince? How does the system work, and how can we make it work for us if we're marginalised in society?

This workshop will enable you to discuss what issues are important to you, what the root causes of the problems are and how to campaign against them. Ishah from Campaign Bootcamp's 'Everyday Activism' & project will take you through two hours of a practical and experiential introduction to starting campaigning on issues that matter to you.

Complete beginners as well as seasoned activists are all welcome - as long as you can think of an issue that you want to solve! The workshop is discussion based and interactive. All are welcome. Refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, working class parents, and people experiencing mental health related issues are especially
encouraged to bring their thoughts, and our approach centres all marginalised peoples & voices throughout the training.
