How does music support refugees to rebuild mental & emotional health, connect with people & find new friends?

Our Refugee Week events are led by refugees, asylum seekers, torture survivors and Roma people who find music effectively transforms their lives, rebuilds hope and helps them to connect with other people and contribute to their new communities.

From singing & songwriting sessions to theatre & puppetry, Music Action International programmes support the creative process of survivors of oppression and conflict across the globe, who seek sanctuary and stability here in the UK.

We have a stunning line up of events led by an incredible array of the finest international artists, created with love for Refugee Week 2018.  We would love to see you there!
