RAW X APPEELING ART

June 21, 12-6pm, Affordable art sale + Free Appeeling art workshop for collage, paint and drawing + Edible Gingerbread art! All materials provided.

Location: Open Art Market at World’s End Place, in front of Chelsea Theatre, Chelsea, London SW10 0DR

The works for sale and the workshop are by the  female artist collective RAW – which supports refugee, marginalised, differently-abled, and unsupported artists. RAW was established but the non-profit Karmabank in 2022 to support refugee female artists fleeing war and gender based violence against women & girls.

RAW has since grown to include women from all marginalised backgrounds struggling to compete in the art world – part of Karmabank’s efforts to make a fairer world.
