The idea of creating Percy Boynton Cards began some months ago in order to combine my interest in art, design and photography with a desire to make a positive contribution to the current refugee crisis.

50% of any profits made by the maker are donated to the Refugee Council and to date over £350 has been raised through the sale of the cards. The remaining money is used to design and produce more cards. The aim is to exceed £1000 so please support the cards and help me achieve my goal.

Percy Boynton cards are different from most cards found on the high street. They are based on photographs of found images or images created by the maker. They measure 6in x 6in (155mm x 155mm) and are made from good quality card with each image surrounded by a small border. They come with a good quality (120 gsm) white envelope and a cellophane wrapper. The cards are plain inside and so are suitable for any occasion.
The cards have been well received and to date are been accepted in a number of outlets including some independent bookshops, the Lakeside Art Gallery Shop in Nottingham and the Photographer’s Gallery Shop off Oxford Street in London.

The cards cost £2.50 each, including postage (though a reduction can be made with an order of over 10 cards). If any outlet wishes to sell them I can also offer commercial rates. My aim is to sell as many cards as possible in order to maximise the money donated.

The cards can also be “customised” for  special occasions such as party invitations (minimum order 20).
