The International Rescue Committee in collaboration with Luton Council present the Healing Classrooms Conference, a full day training event where educators can enhance their trauma-informed practice and gain key strategies to take back to their schools or organisations. The day will involve the full Healing Classrooms course, guest speakers with lived experience of being parents and refugees in the UK and multiple chances to network with other educators and service providers. We will also be launching our Agents of Change programme for educators looking to become leaders of inclusive practice for refugees in their settings. This event is for any person working with school aged refugee children and families.
