Housing refugee services are hosting an event in collaboration with Darlington Assistance for Refugees at St Cuthbert’s Church Hall, Market Place, DL1 5QG where we will be celebrating compassion, community and creativity through guest speakers, art and music. We would also like to offer a bring a dish from anyone who would like to participate in this capacity, please just bring this along.

We will be offering food tasters from one of our Syrian businesses, lived experience and professional guest speakers, an interactive map of the world from one of the talented schools in the area, discussions with our Railway Museum and an collaborative art piece where everyone can make their mark and tell their own story.

We are encouraging anyone who would like to participate to get in touch and we will schedule this into the event!
