More Music Morecambe invite you to join them for kite flying, extraordinary music, creative and environmental workshops, all for free and set against the backdrop of beautiful Morecambe Bay. Prior to this event, More Music will be running kite making workshops for individuals living locally who are refugees or are seeking asylum. Although these workshops are by invitation only, they welcome all
to join them on the promenade as they fly their kites in Morecambe’s annual Catch the Wind festival. More Music are also collaborating with Global Link to take their Escape to Safety exhibition, recently updated through Lancashire County Council funding, to a local school to raise awareness of the impact of forced migration.
