A Taste of Home is a celebration of Refugee week which recognises and celebrates the he heritage, contribution and lives of refugees,
migrants and Asylum seekers.  Specifically, we are planning to host a community meal at the Compton Library each day at the library at a price that is affordable to residents whilst ensuring that a limited number of Asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable migrants can also access the food provision for free. Each meal tells a particular story about the beauty, culture and history of the refugee and migrant experience.  It will also involve the sharing of stories and an Art exhibition by two artists.
