Yin Yoga and Sound Journey
Yin is a slow-paced style of Yoga, where postures are held for between three and five minutes. To help you sink into the poses, your body is supported with props to allow you to relax, breathe into the stretch and surrender to gravity. It is suitable for beginners.
Surrounded by the soothing sounds of the live hang drum and plentiful supportive props and blankets, it’s time to unwind (from the inside out). Guided in gentle grounding stretches keeping close to the earth and calming breath exercises to guide you into a feeling of calm and relaxation.
After some gentle stretching, get cosy and enjoy a blissful sound journey. Soothing frequencies & vibrations will be introduced to the space around you, transporting you into a sense of timelessness. Expect a blend of healing Crystal bowls, Gongs, rhythmic Drumming, Himalayan singing bowls and overtone singing.
Yin yoga and Sound Healing offer a wealth of benefits that may help you to alleviate pain and tension, relieve stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.
Our intention is to welcome softness and support you to feel grounded and relaxed.
