Join Conversations From Calais founder and designer, Mathilda Della Torre for an ‘in conversation’ event to celebrate the publication of her new book, Conversations From Calais: Sharing Refugee Stories.

Published on World Refugee Day, this incredible book includes a collection of posters from the global art movement that capture conversations between volunteers and refugees, alongside essays from leading poets, campaigners, artists and authors. Mathilda will be in conversation with a representative from the charity Freedom From Torture, to whom a donation will be made for every copy sold.

Mathilda will discuss her work with Conversations From Calais, how the idea of the book came about and what she hopes it will achieve, as well as the work that Freedom From Torture does in supporting asylum seekers and refugees. The event will conclude with an audience Q&A followed by a book signing.
