This workshop is to support  @playforprogress Play For Progress, a charity that supports unaccompanied young people seeking asylum, through music and the arts.

Play for Progress has been close to my heart for many years: some of you might remember Anna who came to sing at my last workshop. And other musicians played live for my performance When The Nest Falls, during Refugee Week 2018. 

In this workshop, I will be teaching you this craft from my hometown which consists in wrapping a core material with different layers of textile to create beautiful trays, baskets, and other pieces.
