Music for a summer evening – classical meets jazz

This concert is an exciting combination of classical music and classic jazz, featuring acclaimed musicians Shulah Oliver-Smith (violin) and Simon Marlow (piano) playing Beethoven and Vaughan Williams, followed by Nick Gill’s Oxford Classic Jazz Band renowned for Gershwin, Scott Joplin and Fats Waller.
Come along and you might want to dance in the aisles.

Tickets £15 via Eventbrite. Unwaged £5,16 and under on the door only. A glass of wine or soft drink is included in the ticket price.

The event is raising funds for Freedom from Torture, a UK based charity, providing support to survivors of torture.

It also marks International Refugee Week. The 2024 theme is “Our home”.
