LIMBO is an unexpected comedy-drama, centred on Omar (Amir El-Masry), a promising young Syrian musician who finds himself stuck on a remote Scottish island awaiting the fate of his asylum request.
From a bold new voice in British cinema, this critically-acclaimed film shines a light on the hearts and lives of those at the centre of a crisis that is mostly only experienced through the headlines.
Join us at the new UCL East campus, at the heart of London’s newest cultural quarter in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Drinks and refreshments will be served from 6pm before the free screening at 6.45pm – all are welcome! Please note the age rating for this film is 12A.
