Want to know more about what's happening to support refugees in South London? Come to our event at City Hall, all welcome. We'll be talking about what we've achieved so far and what's next.

There's a free tour of City Hall at 6.

From 6:30-8 we'll have speakers & discussions:

Welcome from Leonie Cooper, Assembly Member for Merton and Wandsworth
Cllr Steve Cowan, Leader of Hammersmith & Fulham Council on how the Council is welcoming refugees
Faaduma Mahamoud, Love to Learn, on barriers to education for child refugees
Bekele Woyecha, Citizens UK, on training they offer & work with welcome refugee groups across the UK
Kate Brown, RESET Communities and Refugees, on Community Sponsorship schemes for resettling refugees
Closing thoughts from Fleur Anderson, Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees
